At Dewdrop Golf, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
Free of stains, odors, or alterations
Returned with all original tags attached
Sent back in the original packaging whenever possible

All hat purchases are final sales.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Exchanges

We want you to find the perfect fit. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If your size sells out before you’ve sent the original back to us, you’ll automatically be issued a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 6 days of delivery so we can make it right. Please include your order number and photos of the item when reaching out.

Starting a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@dewdropgolf.com with:

Your order number
The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange
The reason for your return

Once your return is approved, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount.

We recommend keeping your tracking information until your return has been received and processed. Dewdrop Golf is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If there is an issue with your return, we will contact you directly.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed after it arrives at our facility. Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your statement.
